COMMERCIAL WARRANTY AND CONTACT
Commercial warranty
We offer a commercial warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship for the Kochstar Essenz & Stein collection. This commercial warranty is valid for 3 years, starting from the date of purchase of the product, and only applies if
- The product is used for domestic, non-professional purposes and in accordance with the care and use instructions; and
- The product is purchased in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK and Ireland.
- For the avoidance of doubt, please note that the commercial warranty does not cover:
- Damage to the Thermolon coating
- Damage from ordinary wear and tear such as scratches, dents, stains, discoloration or other cosmetic damage that does not impair the functionality of the cookware.
- Damage resulting from misuse or improper handling, including overheating, accidents, abuse, fire, flood, theft, acts of God, neglect, corrosion, modification, exposure to extreme temperatures, or failure to follow the manufacturer's use and care instructions.
- Damage or breakage caused by dropping or impact.
- Use of this product in commercial or industrial settings.
- Minor imperfections or blemishes due to variations in paint, enamel, metals, plastic, silicone, ceramic, stoneware, glass or textile.
- Surface damage due to chemical interaction or cleaning agents including but not limited to scouring pads, abrasive cleaners or automatic dishwashers.
- Replacement of entire sets, only the defective part or item will be replaced.
This limited commercial warranty is provided by:

- For products sold within the UK or Ireland: The Cookware Company UK & Ireland Ltd. - Unit 1H, Grovemere House Lancaster Way Business Park Ely, CB6 3NW (United Kingdom)
This warranty applies in addition to any statutory legal rights you may have as a consumer which may vary depending on your country of residence (for instance, the legal guarantee that applies in the European Economic Area and pursuant to which consumers are entitled to remedies from the seller free of charge in the event of a lack of conformity).

Please include a description of the defect in your e-mail and a copy of the proof of purchase of the product. Please also include your contact details so that we can contact you.
We reserve the right to request additional information (e.g. photos of the product) or return of the product in order to process your request.
If your product has a defect covered by this warranty, we will replace or repair the product free of charge. If the product is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the product with an equivalent product.
